Jane, that is a silly and incorrect assumption. I have never advised Penn State on matters such as this. I provide regular educational presentations to Penn State students on sexual misconduct, and provided one consultation on training conduct boards in 1997. That's it. Oh, and by the way, even if I was working with them, schools don't make a habit of sharing their skeletons with their consultants.
Sokolow has advised Penn State on many occasions. Why should Penn State keep throwing thousands of $$$ at a consultant who isn't doing any good?
